Dear Madison School Families,

It is with great excitement and continued gratitude that I welcome you to a brand-new
school year at Madison School! I am honored to continue serving as your Principal and look
forward to building on the incredible work we’ve started together to create a warm, supportive, and academically enriching environment for all students.

I remain deeply committed to ensuring every child receives the best education possible,
in a safe and nurturing setting. I am eager to continue partnering with you to support the
growth, learning, and success of each and every student.

As we prepare to welcome our students back, I’d like to remind everyone that Madison is a
closed campus for the safety and security of our children. We understand that the first
day of school can be both exciting and emotional, and we will allow Gen Ed. 1st, TK and K parents on campus for 5 days only to help with the transition into the cafeteria. Please note that parents will not be allowed passed the cafeteria or inside classrooms. Once the bell rings, we kindly ask that all parents exit the campus promptly so we can begin the school day and secure the grounds. Our beginning of the year protocols ask that all TK and K parents line up outside of the school on the front grass on the north side of Mission Road behind the sign with their teacher’s name. SPED parents will line up in front of iron gates off Mendocino and use the pick-up and drop-off loop. Please keep bus lane clear - NO parking. We ask that you wait in line with your children until the teacher is given all your emergency information, ParentVUE enrollment completion online, and health cards updates. The District has transitioned to a new parent communication system. We need all parents to sign up for ParentVUE to access school messages via phone, email, and text at ParentVUE. Parent Square is a new communication app that we will use to send phone messages and emails. Chromebooks will be available during orientation and morning drop-offs for sign-ups.
